Uncluttered Vistas

This is a developed area near Black Mountain. The area is still visually pleasing because:

1. Deep setbacks along the road screen houses from the sight of travelers.

2. Native trees and plants  are next to road and provide the screen.

3. There are no tall buildings blocking the view of Black Mountain.

4. There are no buildings close to the road blocking the traveler's view.

5. There an no signs or tall utility poles disturbing the view.

6. Leaving soil next to the road provides a relaxed, natural "feel".

Acceptance of the recommendations will ensure that the desirable characteristics listed above will become the characteristics of our scenic corridors.
