Pinnacle Peak Patio SteakhousePinnacle Peak Patio Pamphlet

Pinnacle Peak Patio has been in the cowboy steak business since 1957.  Back then many of the visitors to this then remote place were in fact cowboys or travelers heading over Riata Pass to area lakes.

One day the owner bought six steaks, some lettuce, and cowboy beans and put together a cowboy cookout.  The rest is history. Today, there is room for 1,600 inside and 1,200 on the patio. The original restaurant seated 50 folks.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxing.  Their "no necktie" policy is strickly enforced by a scissor wielding waitress - no kidding. Anyone caught wearing a tie will have it cut off and nailed to the rafters.  There are close to one million ties hanging from the ceiling.
