Key Proposals to Preserve Foothills Area Under Consideration ... Now!

 

Like to get rid of the visual pollution caused by political signs and off-site development signs? Interested in preserving rural ambiance of Foothills Character Area? Care about what our roadsides look like five years from now? How high will future buildings be? Will we have a great system of trails or not? How about cell phone towers? The Scottsdale Planning Commission (PC) and City Council (CC) are now considering proposals that many foothills area residents have been lobbying for. It’s probably now or never to protect this special area. Here is the time table for considerations.  Friends will be posting additional information on these topics in the coming weeks.
