Greater Pinnacle Peak Homeowners' Association

Friends of the Scenic Drive thanks the Greater Pinnacle Peak Homeowners'gppha1.jpg (4917 bytes) Association (GPPHA) for their generous cash donation for the preservation and enhancement of the Desert Foothills Scenic Drive. GPPHA was one of the first organizations to support the efforts of Friends of the Scenic Drive.

Mission

GPPHA was formed for the purpose of protecting, securing, and persuing in any lawful manner, the rights, benefits, and enjoyment inherent in the ownership of an interest in real property (including, without limitation, matters pertaining to house density, development, property rights, deed restrictions,, ownership covenants and conditions, and zoning) belonging to any member of the Corporation which is within the area of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard north to the Scottsdale city limits.

A Peek at the Peak

A Peak at the Peak is published monthly except August. The publication is intended to provide information to GPPHA members and the general public. The publication focuses on issues of local interest and promotes the preservation and environment of the Pinnacle Peak community.
