Bellasera

In Portuguese, the words "bella" and "sera" come together to mean "summit of beauty".  Del Webb's Bellasera is located at the foot of Lone Mountain.  Bellasera is a guard-gated community with 360 home sites.

Bellasera was developed on 290 acres.  Approximately 40% of the land has been left as desert open space. The development meets or exceeds Scottsdale's Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance (ESLO).

 

Amenities

Bellasera's 5,000-square-foot clubhouse was designed for indoor and outdoor enjoyment and incorporates

  • Health and Fitness Center - state-of-the-art exercise equipment including stationary bicycles, treadmills, fitness machines, fitness stations and free weights.
  • Media Lounge - equipped with a large-screen television, sound system, digital satellite, stone fireplace and oversized sofa and chairs.
  • Pool and Spa - incorporates a lap and lagoon design.  A portion of the pool is dedicated to lap swimming, while the other portion includes "beach entry" and shallow depth.
  • Tennis and Basketball - three lighted tennis courts and one lighted basketball court are provided. 

In addition to the clubhouse, residents can enjoy approximately eight miles of multi-use paths, walks and natural washes. A one-eighth-mile jogging track is located on the clubhouse site.

Community Association

Every homeowner is a member of the Bellasera Community Association.  A   Membership includes enjoyment of, and maintenance responsibilities for the common areas, including landscaping and community streets. Enjoyment and use of the clubhouse and amenities is also included.
