Bellasera

In Portuguese, the words "bella" and "sera" come together to mean "summit of beauty".  Del Webb's Bellasera is located at the foot of Lone Mountain.  Bellasera is a guard-gated community with 360 home sites.

Bellasera was developed on 290 acres.  Approximately 40% of the land has been left as desert open space. The development meets or exceeds Scottsdale's Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance (ESLO).
